Your homeowners policy
excludes flood.

Almost every Florida homeowner is surprised by this, usually after a storm. Flood is a separate policy, and finding that out from an agent beats finding it out from an adjuster.

What we place

Four areas, with carriers who bear the risk

We are an agency, not an insurer. No cover exists until a carrier confirms it in writing.

How it works

How we work

Read your current cover first, raise flood every time, disclose how we are paid, and never pretend a quote is cover.

Free policy review

We read what you already have, including exclusions.

Gaps named plainly

Including when your existing cover is fine.

Quotes, then underwriting

A quote is not cover. The carrier decides.

Cover confirmed in writing

By the carrier, before you rely on it.

How we work

A licensed agency, and not an insurer

Abdallah Financial Group LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L24000451555, filed in 2024, acting as a licensed insurance agency under the Florida Department of Financial Services with agency licence [FLORIDA AGENCY LICENCE NUMBER] and agent licence [FLORIDA INSURANCE AGENT LICENCE NUMBER]. You can verify both on the Department's public licensee search.

Two boundaries worth stating. We are an agency: the carrier named on your policy issues it, underwrites it and pays claims, and no cover exists until that carrier confirms it in writing — we cannot bind cover by phone, email or through this website. And despite the word financial in our name, we are **not** a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. We give no advice on investments, securities, retirement allocation or tax, and we refer those questions out.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Does my homeowners policy cover flood?

Almost certainly not. Flood is excluded from standard homeowners cover and needs a separate policy. It is the single most common and most expensive misunderstanding in Florida insurance.

Am I covered now that you have quoted me?

No. A quote is an estimate subject to underwriting. Cover exists only when the carrier confirms it in writing, and we cannot bind it by phone or email.

Can you advise on my 401(k) or investments?

No. That is securities and investment advice, which requires separate registration we do not hold. We will refer you to someone appropriately registered rather than offering an opinion.

How are you paid?

By commission from the carrier whose policy you buy, and we will tell you that plainly. Any separate fee is disclosed in writing before it is charged.

Is the cheapest health plan the best value?

Rarely. A low premium with a high deductible and a narrow network often costs more overall, and your doctors may be out of network. We compare on likely total cost instead.

Can you help if I have a claim?

We will help you report it and chase it, at no extra charge. The coverage decision is the carrier's, not ours, and we will tell you honestly when a denial looks correct.
